We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while ensuring every garment is carefully packed before it leaves us.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • During product launches, restocks, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping

We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays and peak shipping periods.

Shipping Liability

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the shipping carrier. While we will do our best to assist with any delivery issues, Lotu & Labour is not liable for orders that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order. Lotu & Labour cannot be held responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

International Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
