Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be confident in your purchase.

If your Foundation Knit isn't the right size or you've simply changed your mind, we're happy to offer an exchange (subject to availability) or store credit once the product has been returned and inspected. As a small independent brand, we're unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases at this time.

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We'll assess the issue and work with you to make it right.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Shipping Liability

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the shipping carrier. While we will do our best to assist with any delivery issues, Lotu & Labour is not liable for orders that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be declined.
